The NCK-03 SM, engineered by Cetinkayalar Agriculture, is a professional Automatic Stem Collecting Straw Making Machine (also known as a Straw Chopper or Stubble Collector) designed to automatically collect the stalks left in the field after combine harvesting and convert them into straw. It transforms waste stalks into high-nutritional animal feed.

Maximum Collection with 1800mm Width

The NCK-03 SM boasts the widest working width in its class with a 1800 mm hydraulic front pickup unit. It completely collects stalks left in swaths or scattered by the combine harvester.

• Chopping Technology: The collected stems are fed into a drum unit equipped with 54 specially hardened blades. Here, the stems are chopped to the desired fineness and blown into the trailer at the rear via a powerful fan system.

Versatile Use: From Wheat to Maize

This machine is designed to process not only wheat stalks but all kinds of plant residues such as Barley, Oats, Rye, Soybean, Maize (Corn), and Alfalfa. Thanks to its robust gearbox structure and balanced drum, it produces 2 tons of straw per hour without straining your tractor (Min. 48 HP).

Durable Chassis and Field Performance

With wide tires (10.0/75-15.3) adapting to rough terrain and a solid steel body weighing 1800 kg, the NCK-03 SM operates without vibration. The working speed can be adjusted according to terrain conditions (2nd, 3rd, and 4th slow gears), ensuring fuel efficiency.

1. How fine does the machine chop the straw?

The drum and counter-blade system on the machine are adjustable. This allows you to chop the stalks into the ideal straw size that livestock (cattle or sheep) can easily eat and digest.

2. Can it collect wet or moist stalks?

Yes. The powerful fan system and special blade angle of the NCK-03 SM are designed to operate without clogging, even with morning dew or slightly moist stalks.

3. Which tractors is it compatible with?

The machine works compatibly with all domestic and imported tractors that have a PTO output (540 rpm) and a minimum power of 48 Horsepower (HP).
