Manufactured with the assurance of Cetinkayalar Agriculture, the NCK-06 OM is a professional Straw Chopper designed to process high-value forage crops such as Alfalfa (Lucerne), Vetch, Hay, and Meadow Grass into straw. Also known as a "Stationary Forage Chopper," this machine shreds harvested and dried plants while preserving their nutritional value (protein content) and fills them into a trailer.

Fast Processing with 1200mm Wide Feeding Hopper

The 1200 mm wide feeding hopper located at the front of the machine allows the user to easily feed the crop into the machine.

• How It Works: Alfalfa or vetch thrown into the hopper is processed by 40 specially arranged drum fingers. This system chops the stems to the ideal size for livestock consumption without pulverizing the nutrient-rich leaves.

• Your Benefit: It reduces purchased feed costs. It allows you to transform the grass from your own field into winter feed.

The Ideal "Forage Chopper" for Alfalfa and Vetch

Unlike hard cereal stalks, legume forage crops like alfalfa and vetch are delicate. The NCK-06 OM processes these delicate crops without crushing them or destroying their nutritional value. Its powerful fan system blows the prepared straw strongly into the trailer attached at the rear, optimizing storage space.

Technical Power and Capacity

Powered by the tractor's Power Take-Off (PTO), our machine requires a minimum of 48 HP. With a processing capacity of 2000 kg (2 Tons) per hour, it meets the daily feed requirements of medium and large-scale farms in a short time. Its balanced chassis weighing 1300 kg and 600x16 tires allow for easy transport within the field or farm.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1. Can this machine chop wet (green) alfalfa?

The machine is primarily designed for "dry" or "wilted" hay (straw making). Very wet and juicy crops may strain the fan system. The most efficient results are obtained with wilted or dried crops.

2. Does it have an automatic pickup feature?

No. The NCK-06 OM model is a "Hopper Fed" machine. You need to feed the crop into the machine's hopper manually or with a fork. If you are looking for a model that automatically collects from the ground, you should check our NCK-03 SM model.

3. Is it suitable for maize (corn) stalks?

This machine is optimized more for alfalfa, vetch, and meadow grasses. Maize stalks are harder and thicker. For maize stalks, our NCK-03 SM model with a knife system delivers higher performance.
