This machine features a multi-purpose design. Thanks to its special drum and sieve structure, it efficiently handles:

1. Watermelon: Rapidly separates seeds from the juicy flesh.

3. Melon: Perfectly cleans seeds from the fibrous melon interior.

Integrated Washing and Bagging System

The most challenging part of seed harvesting is separating the seed from the fruit pulp. The NCK-07 KM washes the seeds during the separation process thanks to its integrated 225-Liter Water Tank. The seeds, cleaned of sticky fruit juice, are filled directly into 50 kg bags at the outlet unit.

PTO Driven Robust Structure

Capable of working in a stationary position or while moving, our machine draws its power from the tractor's Power Take-Off (PTO - 540 rpm). It offers economical operation with a power requirement of 50 HP (40 kW). While the products are manually fed into the machine's hopper, the NCK-07 KM handles the rest of the extraction automatically.

1. Does the machine break the seeds?

No. The sieve system and drum fingers inside are optimized according to seed size. It extracts watermelon or pumpkin seeds by separating them from the flesh (fruit) without crushing or damaging the seed itself.

2. Does the machine wash the seeds?

Yes. The machine is equipped with a 225-liter water tank. This water is used to wash the seeds during extraction, removing sticky fruit juice and pulp residue, ensuring the seeds come out clean and ready for drying.

3. How is the product fed into the machine?

The NCK-07 KM model does not have an automatic ground pickup system. Watermelons or pumpkins are manually thrown into the machine's feeding hopper by workers. The machine then automatically performs the separation, washing, and bagging processes.
