General Description

The NCK-07 KM Watermelon Seed Harvester is a high-efficiency and durable agricultural machine specially designed for farmers and agricultural enterprises producing watermelon, pumpkin, and melon seeds.

It separates the seeds of these products quickly, effectively, and hygienically, delivering them ready for bagging.

By significantly reducing manual labor, the machine lowers labor costs and considerably speeds up the harvesting process.

Working System The products fed manually into the machine are processed inside the sieve drum system integrated into the machine structure.

Thanks to the special internal design of the drums, the seeds are separated from the pulp and directed to the cleaning stage.

The cleaned seeds are then filled into 50 kg bags.

The special discharge outlet at the bagging point ensures fast and trouble-free bagging.

The machine is suitable for operation both stationary and while moving.,

Note: This model does not have an automatic feeding system. Products are fed into the machine manually.

Power and Performance

The NCK-07 KM is equipped with a 225-liter water tank, providing effective seed cleaning.

The machine operates via the tractor power take-off (PTO) and delivers stable and efficient performance at a PTO speed of 540 rpm.

With a required power of 50 HP (40 kW), it is an economical and ideal solution for farmers.
