Developed by Cetinkayalar Agriculture, the NCK-04 TD is a professional Automatic Pickup Thresher that eliminates manual labor in the field. Unlike conventional threshers, this machine automatically picks up the cut and dried crops (swaths) from the ground, threshes them, stores the grain, and converts the stalks into straw. Working on the "Combine Harvester" principle, this technology minimizes your harvest costs.

End Manual Labor with Automatic Pickup

The special 1700 mm wide pickup unit at the front of the NCK-04 TD precisely lifts the dried crop (swath) from the ground and feeds it into the drum.

• The Advantage: You no longer need workers to fork the crop into the machine. As the tractor moves, the machine collects. This system provides up to 90% labor savings in harvesting pulses like Chickpeas, Beans, Lentils, and Vetch.

1-Ton Massive Hopper and Single Elevator

The machine fills the harvested clean grain into its massive 1000 Kg capacity grain hopper via a single elevator. When the hopper is full, it unloads into a trailer in seconds thanks to the hydraulic discharge system. With 54 drum fingers and a powerful threshing unit, it converts stalks into straw of ideal size and blows it into the trailer attached at the rear.

Versatile "Combine Style" Performance

It performs harvest with combine-harvester quality not only for pulses but also for cereals like Barley, Wheat, and Oats. Its robust chassis weighing 2600 kg and wide tires (11.5/80-15.3) ensure the machine stands firm even on rough terrain.

1. What crops can the "Automatic Pickup" thresher collect?

The machine automatically collects Chickpeas, Dry Beans, Lentils, Vetch, Barley, and Wheat that have been cut and left to dry (in swaths) in the field. The crop must be cut beforehand.

2. Do stones and soil damage the machine?

The pickup unit has a specific height adjustment and is equipped with a spring-loaded finger system. This ensures it picks up the crop while minimizing the intake of soil and large stones. However, leveled land increases performance.

3. What is the required tractor power?

The NCK-04 TD is a heavy-duty machine. For full performance and fuel efficiency, a tractor with at least 48 HP or more is required. The PTO speed should be 540 rpm.
